• Application Form: This is the main part of the process. Please complete all fields.
• Interest Survey: This helps us know a bit about you and match you with a similar mentor.
• Kia Ora Hauora Mai Tawhiti Agreement: Read through the formal agreement before accepting and signing. 
• Shields & Forcefields: This section has been developed in order to keep everyone safe within this kaupapa.
